babylonfalling: Just wanted to give a quick plug for this opening and big up John Felix Arnold III, Christopher Burch and D Young V who all have pieces in the show and who are all Babylon Falling alumni. Trill. I was over at the space the other day helping Felix hang the show (which he also co-curated), and although standing next to multi-million dollar solid gold bejeweled saber tooth tiger skulls (Michael Johnson) makes me uncomfortable, I will say it’s a great space and the show is mad diverse. Was also feeling the pieces by APEX, Skinner, Niagara, Jamel Shabazz, Monica Canilao, Chor Boogie and Stephanie Inagaki. Check this Juxtapoz preview.
